The Scripture Inspired – The Bible is the inspired Word of God; a revelation from God to man; the infallible rule of faith and conduct (II Timothy 3:15-17)

One True God – We believe that one true God has revealed himself as the self-existent “I Am.” We believe that there are three manifestations of the One True God (I John 5:5-7)

The Father is the omnipotent, omnipresent creator who formed the world, set all life in motion, and established followers. (Genesis 1, Galatians 3:6-14)

The Son was the embodiment of God through Jesus Christ’s virgin birth, death, Resurrection and Ascension. (Matthew 1:18-25, Romans 14:9, Colossians 1:15-17)

The Holy Ghost is the divine spirit of God given to the believer. We believe that all believers are entitled to receive the promise of the Father which is the Holy Ghost. Manifestations of the Holy Ghost may include operating in the Gifts of the Spirit, speaking in “other tongues”, and witnessing (Acts 2).

The Fall and Redemption of Man – Man was created good and upright in the image of God. By voluntary transgression, he fell. His only hope of redemption is through the blood of Jesus Christ (John 3:16)

Baptism in Water – Water baptism is an important commandment to the believer, as was practiced by Jesus and the Apostles. Baptism, after repentance, is an outward sign of the inward work of the burial and resurrection of Christ (Romans 6:3-5).

The Lord’s Supper – We believe in the Lord’s Supper consisting of unleavened bread and the fruit of the vine. Through faith, the bread becomes a symbol of the body of Christ and the wine becomes a symbol of His blood. It is a memorial of His suffering and death (Luke 22:19-20).

Sanctification – We believe that sanctification is the process by which, according to the will of God, we are made partakers of His holiness. Sanctification is a process that starts at repentance and is carried on in the heart of the believer (I Thessalonians 4:3-4).

The Church – We believe the church to be the Body of Christ that had its beginnings at Pentecost, ushering in a new dispensation of the habitation of God’s Spirit (John 14:16, 20: Romans 12:5).

Ministry and Evangelism – We believe in a Divinely-called and scripturally-ordained ministry having been provided for by our Lord as a two-fold purpose: The evangelism of the world (Matthew 28:19-20)The edifying and perfection of the Body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-13).

Establishment of Ministers – We believe every God-sent minister is a minister of the Gospel and that true preparation for the ministry comes from the call of God, maturity, and spiritual training in the Body of Christ. We believe that both men and women may hold positions in the ministry as the Apostle Paul stated in Galatians 3:28, “There is neither Jew nor Greek…bond nor free…male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.”

Tithes and Offerings – We believe in the support of the ministry; they that preach the Gospel should also live of the Gospel and the laborer is worthy of his hire (I Timothy 5:18). We believe every Christian should dedicate at least ten percent (10%) of his/her income for the work of the Lord. This example was established by Jacob and continued into the Levitical Priesthood (Genesis 28:22 and Leviticus 27:30). Tithing and offerings were also reinforced by Jesus Christ in Matthew 23:23.

Deacons and Elders – We believe that deacons for the church and elders of the church are servants and assistants and are subject to their pastors (I Timothy 3).
